WHAT TO SEND IN:

  • POWERMETER service → Right crank with PowerMeter and chainrings attached. (Note: $20 cleaning charge is applied if not cleaned.)
  • POWERCONTROL service → PowerControl
  • OPTIONAL: Send all small parts you would like to have tested.

 

WHAT NOT TO SEND IN:

  • Handlebar clip
  • Software CD
  • Left crank (unless warranty consideration)
  • Pedals

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Download SERVICE FORM, complete and include in package with the parts that need service.

 

TIME:

  • General Service turnarouund time is 5-6 business days.
  • UPS Expedited shipping is offered.

 

COST SUMMARY:

  • POWERMETER Battery/Calibration:  $100
  • POWERCONTROL Battery Change:   $50

 

CUSTOMERS from CANADA, MEXICO and the CARIBBEAN:

  • SRM is not responsible for paying DUTIES, TAXES, and BROKERAGE.
  • On waybill please mark "DUTIES will be paid for by the Customer" to avoid paying the duty charges after SRM has received your package.
