How do I attach my files to an e-mail to send to my coach?

• Open your e-mail program.
  
• Click on the Attach File or Paper Clip to attach a file.
  
• This will then allow you to browse your computer.
  
• Your files are located in the directory you have designated. Note the default directory is: C:\Program Files\SRM Training System\_DATA.SRM
  
• Each file is noted by the date and the initials stored in your PowerControl (assuming you have the correct date stored). Select the file you would like to send, and click OK.
  
• Send the email by clicking the Send button.
