We are excited to announce a substantial global price reduction effective immediately for all PowerMeter models including road, mountain bike, and track. The new MSRP pricing reflects an average 30% decrease from previous years.
As the creator of cycling’s first power meter, SRM applied 30-years of experience and ingenuity to reexamine design and manufacturing efficiencies. The German-born authority in power measurement was able to successfully redefine pricing, while preserving a legacy of quality and hand-built craftsmanship.
SRM PowerMeters start at $1399 [1428 € incl. 19 % VAT] for spiders using Specialized, Cannondale, SRAM and Rotor crank arms. SRM’s most popular PowerMeter, the Shimano 11-speed model is reduced from $2970 to $2199 [2380 € incl. 19% VAT] including crank arms and chain rings. The SRM SRAM compatible model, in GXP and BB30, is now available for $1599[2023 € incl. 19% VAT] including crank arms and chain rings.
“This pricing change has been months in the making,” expressed SRM Founder & CEO, Ulrich Schoberer. “We have listened to customer and retailer feedback, and after intensive analysis SRM is proud to be in a position to respond to those demands,” Schoberer adds.
Along with the price reduction, SRM is backing its PowerMeter and PowerControl models with a Limited Lifetime Warranty [valid for SRM USA]. “SRM is widely regarded as the pinnacle of accuracy and reliability for power measurement.
