• If you have a PowerControl V, the Polar T31 Wearlink or the Suunto Dual Heartrate straps are compatible.
• If you have a PowerControl VI or 7, the Suunto Dual or the Garmin ANT+ Heartrate straps are compatible.

• Make sure that you only have one magnet mounted on your spokes.
• Make sure that the speed sensor is passing close enough to the wheel magnet and at the correct angle.
• Make sure that your PowerControl VI or 7 is paired to your speed sensor. See page 8 of our manual for pairing instructions.
• Check that the tire circumference is set correctly on your PowerControl.
• If you have a PowerControl V, make sure that your sensor cable is not damaged and that all 5 pins are intact in the PowerControl plug.
