To return your SRM PowerMeter, PowerControl or other SRM product for service, battery replacement, or repair, please download the PDF form listed below. Please include a detailed description of things to be repaired/errors. Be sure to complete the form and include a phone number and email address so that an SRM representative may contact you. Please mail your SRM product along with the service form and a copy of your invoice to our address below.

If the battery of your SRM product needs to be replaced or your PowerMeter needs to be recalibrated, we will do so without contacting you. For general service costs, please refer to the list below. To request a quote, please note this on the service form. Any additional service/repair will only be performed after consulting with the customer.

  • PowerMeter Service: Right crank arm with PowerMeter and chainrings attached (Note: a dirt charge is applied if the device is too dirty to work on it).
  • PowerControl Service: PowerControl and charge cable

  • PowerMeter battery change, calibration, full inspection, testing: €130

  • Replace PowerControl electronics: €180
